Registration
fee
The booking is confirmed when the registration fee is paid.
The charges are then invoiced to you by post or e-mail, together
with your booking confirmation. The registration fee is 25% of your
party's total charge, and needs to be paid promptly. Please quote
our invoice number when paying. We charge tax on company bookings.
Final
payment
We require payment no later than 10 days before your trip starts.
Non payment is regarded as a cancellation. Our payment date is stated
clearly on our invoice. If you book your trip at short notice (i.e
less than 10 days prior) payment is full is required at time of
booking.
Cancellation
With a cancellation made more than 30 days in advance, the registration
fee is refunded .
Cancellations made later than 30 days are not entitled to any refund.
If you cancel later than 10 days prior to travel due to illness,
we will consider a refund of your registration fee when shown a
valid doctors certificate.
Termination
of aggrement
Wild Water AB reserves the right to terminate any arrangement
due to sickness, insufficient notification and any other unforeseen
circumstances. At termination, the client is refunded all monies,
including registration fees. At termination due to bad weather,
or any other reason that prevent fishing, we will offer a new booking
date within 1 year of the original date. Please note that the registration
fee cannot be refunded in these situations. If the client refuses
a new fishing date within the 1 year period, we'll refund all mony
minus the registration fee.
Insurance
Each client is responsible for him/her to take out the relevant
insurance policy. Wild Water AB hold the relevant insurance policies
related to all fishing tours.

Wild Water AB takes no responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances
such as extreme weather conditions.
